OUR CLUB
When you drive through our gates, you enter into your own little piece of heaven. Chaparral Drive is lined with olive trees and lights, golf course and water views, and directly ahead are the San Jacinto Mountains.
Chaparral Country Club operates under strong budgetary controls. Through strong member leadership, this private residential community has built capital reserves while maintaining and upgrading facilities. The membership recently approved the construction of a 5,000 ft. Multi-Purpose Building which will house an exercise facility, card and craft room, meeting room, restrooms and a new home for our on-site real estate company, Vera Kitchen Realty. We are estimating the completion of the building in the Spring of 2014.
Our private country club offers a restaurant for fine dining as well as the convenience of a lounge. In addition, there are many social events with opportunities to meet your neighbors and make new friends.
Shopping, entertainment and restaurants, such as El Paseo, The River and the McCallum Theatre are just 1 ½ miles from our gated community. Palm Springs International Airport is less than 30 minutes away.
Come and enjoy life at Chaparral Country Club!
THE COURSE
Chaparral Country Club was established in 1980 and was designed by the famous golf course architect Ted Robinson. When this 18-hole executive course was finished, Mr. Robinson declared, “This is my Little Monster.” With 13 lakes and 45 bunkers, the course offers challenges and opportunities from tee to green on every hole. We offer a beautiful full-length driving range, practice bunkers with chipping greens, and 2 practice greens and an 18-hole putting green.
The course is surrounded by exceptionally well-maintained homes and scenery includes dramatic views of the surrounding mountains as well as manicured fairways and greens. Players of all ability levels enjoy golfing at Chaparral
