Not only is the Golf Course exceptional, but the Club's location on the banks of the Tennessee River makes it an attraction in and of itself.
Turtle Point Yacht and Country Club is one of Alabama's best kept secrets. Complete with Clubhouse, Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Pool and Marina, our Club exudes Southern Charm.
The golf course at Turtle Point was completed in 1961. Designed by famed architect, Robert Trent Jones Sr., the course is a golfer's dream. The natural topography of the site overlooking the Tennessee River required very little earth movement. Mr. Jones simply had to reveal the masterpiece already in place. The beauty of the design truly speaks for itself.
The other facilities at Turtle Point are equally important to our members. The club offers excellent choices for the discerning diner. One can choose from casual to formal dining, with unequalled quality in all food and beverage service. The tennis, pool and marina facilities also offer wonderful options for members and their guests.
