The Course

Located deep in the heart of the Southern Highlands, Mt Broughton opened in 1994 and soon gained recognition as one of Australia’s best links courses, ranking in Australia’s top 100 courses and top 25 resort courses. The tranquil, unhurried environment ensures that all who play experience golf the way it was meant to be. Designed to blend perfectly with its surroundings the course is a combination of sweeping rye grasses, natural waterways, undulating fairways and lush greens. In immaculate condition all year round Mt Broughton offers an exciting mix of short, medium and long holes, designed to produce the ideal combination of excitement and entertainment. This naturally beautiful layout is reputedly one of the longest courses in Australia, with a rating of 75 from the championship tees. But there is no need to worry as with four different tee markers on each hole Mt Broughton caters for everyone from the serious golfer to the enthusiastic social player. Recent changes to the course have been undertaken with the social golfer in mind, including removal of long grass in front of most tees and upgrading of our bunkers.
